Walnut Grove Youth Correctional Facility is a 941-bed maximum security institution for male youthful offenders 13-20 years of age designed to provide an environment that encourages rehabilitation. The facility sits on a 100 acre parcel in Mississippi and is a stand alone complex with all the support space provided. 

Included with in the design of the 280,000 SF youth correctional facility are complete vocational and educational components, recreation spaces and state-of-the-art correctional technologies including electronically controlled locks, closed circuit cameras and a microwave perimeter security system.
